So, let’s get into it:
Impact 100 NYC are inviting applications for innovative new projects or programs or a significant expansion of an existing program that will have a high impact or transformational effect on the NYC community. Grants of $100,000 will be awarded. Applications for the 2024 grant cycle will open on October 10, 2023; letters of inquiry are due November 7, 2023, and upon review, selected applicants will be invited to submit full proposals, due February 1, 2024.
The Million Hours Fund from the National Lottery Community Fund in the UK is back, providing grants of up £100,000 to fund extra hours of youth work for additional activities that give young people across England more places to go and positive things to do. Programmes should help to improve emotional wellbeing, practical skills, and provide safe and inclusive environments for young people at risk of engaging in anti-social behaviour. The deadline for proposals is the 24th November, but applications will be assessed as soon as they are received. All funding must be spent by 31st March 2026.
The final round of funding from The Triangle Trust in 2023 has launched, inviting applications from organisations using a sport for development approach to supporting high-risk young people on the edge of the criminal justice system in the UK. Grants are typically awarded up to the value of £75,000. The application deadline is Sunday 29th October. Following the submission of your initial online application and initial assessment, shortlisted applicants will be asked to host an assessment visit.
